These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in giveaway campaigns operated by Anchor Home and your use of SMS communications from Anchor Home and its clients. By opting in or submitting your contact information, you agree to these Terms.
SMS Communications
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive messages, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS text messages from Anchor Home and the home security company running the campaign in your area. These messages may include:
- Giveaway entry confirmation and updates
- Winner announcements
- Follow-up offers related to home security products and services
- Appointment reminders and scheduling
Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Giveaway Terms
Participation in any Anchor Home giveaway campaign is subject to the following conditions:
- No purchase necessary to enter or win
- The giveaway prize is a home security system installation valued at up to $5,000, provided by the participating home security company
- One winner will be selected at the close of the 14-day campaign period
- Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value
- Employees and immediate family members of Anchor Home and its clients are not eligible
- By entering, participants consent to be contacted via SMS regarding the giveaway and related offers
No Guarantee of Results
Anchor Home makes no guarantee of specific business outcomes for participating home security companies. Campaign results will vary based on market, team, and execution factors outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anchor Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in a campaign or receipt of SMS communications.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
